Natta Love Award Winners March & April 2023

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for March and April 2023.

March

Firstly, the Collaboration Award went to Ibrahim Al-Obaidy who is working at our Copthorne project. Their colleague said: “Ibrahim has recently moved to a new site of ours where we undertake aftercare for our client. He adapted quickly to our new aftercare system and efficiently resolved issues, restoring communication with both Natta’s and the client’s aftercare teams.”

Also, the Award for Expertise goes to Nathan Thompson. Nathan works for our IT provider. His day-to-day involves helping our in-house IT team solve Natta’s IT issues. He was nominated by 2 of our Natta staff members who both commented on him going above and beyond: “Nathan recently solved some ‘remote working’ logon difficulties that I was facing. He worked late to fix the issue for me the same day. It was something that he could have been left as it was not working 100%.” They went on to say, “He then solved the issue and improved it, resulting in time and money being saved.”

Caroline Ground, Quality Award Winner.

April

Caroline Ground received the Quality Award. Their colleague said: “Caroline always goes 100% above and beyond with the cleaning and we are very glad that she does. She has made the office environment a lot nicer.”

Jo Fraser, who works in our Finance department, then received the Award for Integrity. Jo’s colleague commented: “Jo always goes out of her way each month to ensure the inputting is finished in time for the end of the month. She puts great effort in and is always willing to help.”
