Natta attends Crest Regeneration Charity Ball and Awards Dinner

A team from Natta, headed by MD John Whelan, joined over 600 people at this years’ Crest Nicholson Regenerations Ball and Awards Dinner held at the Hilton Hotel, London on 29th November 2018.

Natta was just pipped to the post. We came away on the night as the Runner Up in the ‘Large Sub-Contractor of the Year 2018’ category. We were thanked personally by the Managing Director, Scott Black from Crest Regeneration for all the hard work our teams have put in throughout the year. It is always great to be recognised among our fellow peers for the contribution we have made towards the success of projects with Crest.

The event, hosted by Crest Nicholson Regeneration helped to raise over £155,000 for the Variety Club.

Managing Director, John Whelan commented, “It was a great evening. Always a pleasure to contribute towards such a life-changing charity. Congratulations to FDL who won this years’ ‘Large Subcontractor of the Year 2018’. We look forward to being back next year and continuing our excellent relationship with Crest.”

Natta currently has numerous new and ongoing projects with Crest Nicholson and are very proud of what we have achieved this year so far.

At Arborfield, Natta undertook a further groundworks and infrastructure package to 110 houses at the former MOD Base. Another new project was also recently won by us in this area to undertake the upgrade works to an existing road.

Also, at Milton Keynes, we were initially contracted to remove 43,000m³ of muck away. The successful delivery of this resulted in Natta picking up a further groundworks and infrastructure contract for 25 houses and 3 blocks of flats.

We are still undertaking continuous work at our Upper Longross site with another package recently secured. The new enabling contract will include demolition, site clearance, roads and drainage work.
