Love Award Winners for September

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for September 2024.

First to receive an award for Collaboration were Steve Pursey, Dimitrui Ooprea and Aurealian Ponea. Their colleague said: With Steve, Dimi and Aurelian’s help, we were able to wrap up the Wantage works. Within 10 minutes of phoning Steve, he had lined up the team to help me.

Alan HepperTomasz Jarczak, Jamie Alexander, Andy Wychowalek, and Mihael Iscru also received nominations for Collaboration. They all went above and beyond in clearing our Legoland project by the date requested by our client. They worked late and tirelessly to ensure the task was completed to a very high standard. Great work all.

Ben Gamroth and Mark McMorrow also got a Collaboration Award. Ben’s colleague commented: “Ben waited on site for an important delivery on a Friday afternoon on our Gammaton Moor project, delaying his journey home.” Mark’s colleague said: “He ceaselessly goes the extra mile to resolve technical issues.”

Nischka Swinton lastly received a Collaboration Award. Her colleague commented: “Nischka has brought to the Natta Homes team not only a wealth of knowledge, but her can-do positive attitude and willingness to work as a team to develop ideas and complete tasks. This has been seriously uplifting for the team. Massive thank you Nischka for all your hard work!

Next, we awarded the Integrity Award to Oliver Shred. His colleague said: “With only a few weeks under his belt working for Natta, Oliver has taken to the Natta SHEQ reporting on Fonn. He has shown true understanding of what is required.”

Belinda Jones and Jon Hyam also got an Integrity Award. Belinda and Jon masterminded the week. They went over and above and did the lion share of the work to run a successful Wellness Week.

Andi Shoshari was the last to receive an Integrity Award. A colleague commented: “Andi showed extra vigilance and spotted 4no data cable ducts stuck in concrete beneath a slab scheduled for breakout.”

Finally, Cosmin received an award for Innovation. His colleague said: “He came up with an innovative idea for our site at Horsham. Instead of using a conservative man-safe system and investing a significant amount of money in building platforms and hiring the weights, he came up with a new idea, and made the calculations and design for excavators to be used at each end for the lifeline to be tied to.”

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for September 2024!
