Love Award Winners for January

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for January 2025.

Matthew Benham, Inam Arif, Clinton Williams, and Jenna Goode received an Innovation Award. They were the first people in Natta to use the new innovation system, to submit ideas that have the potential to improve how we all work and to help the business grow and prosper. Thank you for taking the time to do so and buying into the innovation process.

Next, Ryan Swinton was given an Integrity Award. His colleague said: “Great support over Christmas to the Superstructure team whilst maintaining a happy and festive disposition.”

Albert Memia also got an Integrity Award: Alberts colleague said: “Albert has been a valuable asset at Chelmsford by maintaining programme with a clear focus on day-to-day risks of delay. On approach to the Christmas shutdown, Albert monitored the weather ahead of the concrete pours. He checked the programme, to maintain on schedule. Albert booked two types of concrete, 1 type through the concrete pump for the pool basement and the other type for the tower crane base. Then he poured them both together, ahead of the freezing temperatures. This resulted in staying on programme and not causing any delays. Well done to him and his team, great efforts and a clean site too.

The Collaboration Award went to Matt Wyles: His colleague commented: “Matt shared his expertise in single-sided formwork installation, based on his experience in Hartley. He provided valuable insights into the challenges he faced, lessons learned, pictures of the formwork during and after installation, and a detailed list of the materials and items he used or replaced. His contribution will hopefully ensure a smoother process for the current project.”

Lastly, Harry Sing and Mark McMorrow also got a Collaboration Award. Their colleague said: “They were very helpful when scheduling the NVQ assessment visit to the Kennington Oval. I contacted Mark in advance to advise him on the operations the chaps needed be observed doing. They prepared and scheduled the last piece of block paving for completion on the day of our visit, allowing us to perform our observations.” He also reported: “Harry shifted his gangs around to facilitate our observations while ensuring the work stayed on target. This was a huge help, especially for a site so close to completion, as these can often be a challenge when we need to see operatives at work.”

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for January 2025!
