Love Award Winners for March

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for March 2025.

Rob Marcuta, Vasile Marcuta, Ciprian Cazazu, and Toni Marcuta all received a Collaboration Award. Their colleague commented: “The team have been working on different S278 works in Copthorne and their work has been flawless. They have consistently gone above and beyond by promptly addressing any feedback from the council and resolving issues on time. Their dedication and collaboration with the management team enabled them to complete the work ahead of schedule. They are a valuable asset to the company.

David Armstrong was the next person to receive a Collaboration Award. David put together all of the information required by an external audit. He catalogued it in corresponding order to make the auditor’s checks as easy as possible. The auditor himself recognised this.

Harry Page also received a Collaboration Award. His colleague said: “Harry has gone the extra mile where difficult issues have been encountered on site to provide additional commercial information so that the correct decisions could be made for the projects. Without this level of involvement and hard work, decisions may have been made without taking all parameters into account.”

The Integrity Award went to Lee Manders. His colleague commented: “Lee consistently demonstrates exceptional willingness to assist anyone in need, making him an invaluable asset to our services department. His proactive approach to seeking new opportunities for skill enhancement in various areas of maintenance and repairs showcases his dedication to personal and professional growth. Lee’s hard work and unwavering commitment do not go unnoticed and his contributions significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our team. His positive attitude inspires those around him. Thank you, Lee for your outstanding dedications and for being a vital part of our team.

Finally the Sustainability Award went to Mark McMorrow. Mark has remained with his projects and works diligently to close out all aftercare issues. Closing out these items can take a lot of time, but doing so ensures we maintain client relationships and secure a sustainable work stream in the future. The huge level of work is not seen by all, but is massively appreciated by those that do.

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for March 2025!
