LOVE Award Winners for August

Natta are delighted to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) winners for August 2017. These awards celebrate Natta’s adherence to our core values.

Steve Drake was awarded the Safety award for his exemplary attitude in ensuring that the Operatives understand the method statements.

The Collaboration award went to Clare Clarke. Clare works hand in hand with the Buyers ensuring and maintaining a great working relationship. She also liaises with suppliers to resolve debits in a professional, timely manner.

Emma Jarvis won the Teamwork award for helping other team members. An employee who nominated Emma commented, “Without her expertise, patience and knowledge, I would not have got as far as we have regarding the fingerprint machines.”

John Bole identified the potential of screening soil to avoid muck away and producing material that could be reused as part of the construction process. Therefore, dealing with less muck and saving on construction materials. He showed his dedication to Sustainability.

Kevin Matthews showed Integrity by managing and resolving inappropriate behaviour on site whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.

For the Quality award, Ionut Dobroiu received great feedback from home owners after completing the first end of year defects. Feedback reported as, ‘’Very professional and a committed member of staff. One to be valued.”

Our Expertise award went to John Munelly for sharing his wealth of experience and training his labourers to successfully lay house drainage pipe work.

Lastly, Steve Richardson showed Innovation by being alert to cost savings in Oxford. Steve appreciated that he could bring back crush from the same place where he was dropping off muck.
