OVERVIEW

The redevelopment of an unused farm shed into 3 large barn style houses and the full construction of two new builds.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of work includes the demolition, groundworks, full construction of 2 units, reconstruction of one very dilapidated barn and the refurbishment of an existing stone barn.

The five properties will consist of 3 four-bedroom houses, 1 two-bedroom house and 1 three-bedroom house. They will incorporate the existing slate, brick/flint and timber boarding, combined with modern glazing and luxurious fittings. Each one will have a private garden and access to a refuse and recycle storage area.

All of the properties will be finished to a high standard and benefit from mains electric, water, gas and foul drainage. These unique properties offer breathtaking and expansive views of the countryside.
