Awarded Fit Out Contract at Astbury Manor in Bracknell

Natta have recently been awarded the fit out contract to the new 64-bed care home, Astbury Manor in Bracknell, for Avery Healthcare.
This follows on from our initial award to construct the care home under a shell and core contract.

The scope includes all mechanical and electrical work, lifts, carpentry, dry lining, floor wall and ceiling finishes, kitchen, sluices and laundry rooms, as well as general building, works.

It will be finished to a very high standard including wood effect floors, a dedicated bar and also a cinema. There will also be an atrium area which will include feature furniture. The care home will be completed by the end of March 2017.

We are immensely proud that Avery have the confidence in us to undertake this prestigious contact. We hope that this will be the first of many projects with Avery; and that our partnership will continue for many years to come.

The overall contract value to Natta is in the order of £6.5 million with a programme of 60 weeks.
