OVERVIEW

Our Contract was the full design and build of a prestigious new 119 bed elderly care community.

SCOPE OF WORKS

This site provides a new 42 bedroom Dementia Care Home, a 77 bedroom Nursing Home and also included the conversion of the existing Victorian Villa to provide 8 Assisted Living Apartments, together with associated car parking.

Natta Geo-Environmental Contracting were contracted to undertake extensive soil testing, ground analysis and the removal of all contaminated materials.

Our scope comprised of the entire design and build and the fit out works. This included all demolition, bulk excavation, associated groundworks and substructure foundations. The works also included the construction of caltite retaining walls and hard landscaping’s.

The method of construction was a structural steel frame, composite deck flooring and an external SFS wall build up with a facing brick finish. Internally the scheme included commercial kitchen and laundry, with numerous communal living areas, a cinema and spa facilities. DOWNLOAD CASE STUDY
