OVERVIEW

Natta undertook the construction of a new 49-unit apartment and housing development for Redfields Development Ltd, delivered as a turnkey design and build contract. We commenced on site in April 2015, with the first units handed over for occupation in January 2016. The full development was completed in March 2017.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The site comprises a mix of 41 houses ranging from 2-bed to 5-bed, together with 8 apartments. 20 of the units are for Sentinel Housing Association, the balance for private sale.

The houses are of timber frame construction with a mixture of external finishes, comprising brick, tile, render and flint facades, and a slate roof. The properties have benefited from a wide range of Architectural features, which have enhanced the street scene. They feature high-quality interiors with Hacker kitchens and white goods.

Bathrooms in the houses and flats feature suites from Duravit Sanitary ware and Belle Baths. Ground floors are Karndean finished with carpet to the upper floors.

Externally, we constructed the full site infrastructure, road and sewers, and 278 junction improvements. The central circus design additionally provides a high-quality focus for the development. The hard and soft landscaping of the properties is of a high standard, which also adds to the highly desirable street scene and the delivery of a very successful project.
