Why Natta?

Natta is a family business that takes great pride in the opportunities, training and security that it offers its employees. We believe that this is repaid many times over by the people who work with us. With over 200 permanent members of staff and many loyal sub-contractors, Natta believes in employing the “Best of the Best”, rewarding loyalty and commitment accordingly.

Our Senior Management team have over 90 years’ service between them, the average length of service of a Natta employee is 7 years and we believe that this is something to be proud of.

The training offered under our Graduate Recruitment programme has led to us achieving Approved Employer status with the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Similarly, our Apprenticeship Scheme is growing steadily with a focus on home-grown talent and developing young, talented individuals into fast-track positions that will be of mutual benefit.

Having achieved Investors in People accreditation in recent years, we’re now aiming for the Investors in People Health & Wellbeing Award to add to our already impressive list of industry accreditations.

But, don’t just take our word for it...listen to what some of our employees have to say about working with Natta...

There’s a great mix of people who work with Natta. Some have worked for the company for decades but there’s also new people who have joined due to expansion of the company. This shows that Natta are invested in the success and growth of the business. The company has a lovely friendly environment where everyone gets along and where everyone helps out.

There are plenty of opportunities for new employees to make their mark and there are some great incentives for those who go “above and beyond”. There’s no such thing as the perfect company to work for but to find a company that encourages change for the common-good is fantastic. I would happily recommend Natta to anyone considering the company as their next employer”

Natta is a company with huge ambitions, high standards and a genuine interest in the development of their employees.

I joined Natta in 2001 as an Engineer’s Assistant and since then the opportunities that have been afforded to me have been plentiful and rewarding. There are absolutely no limitations on how far you can progress and I’ve always been encouraged to increase my knowledge and develop new skills. I never imagined that I would be in the position I am today – it’s been an exciting and inspiring journey so far!”
