Block and beam flooring for ground floor slab. Storm and foul drainage throughout the site, along with connecting in to a live sewer in the public carriageway at 3m depth plus reinstatement of the same. Installation of storm water attenuation tank. Construction of reinforced concrete frame section of the building, with all falsework and shuttering. Construction of tarmac car parks and accesses. Finishing works including block paving, gravel margins, topsoil and slabbing.
