This film was made in the run-up to the store’s grand opening held in March. As the Main Contractor, this is our third Garden Centre project to date. It showcases Natta’s shell and core capabilities, whilst also demonstrating our proven track record in delivering fast-track projects. The last 3 months have seen the Company continue to expand its turnover in Civil Engineering works by 20%. Our Main Contracting division has been awarded two further Care Homes which will start in the Autumn and we hope for further awards in the retail sector. In order to support the increased Civil Works, we have continued to invest in new Plant including , twenty JCB 9T Cabbed Dumpers and four large Hitachi Z210. For our full list of new Plant, see page 12. With the longer term in mind, we are about to purchase our first Natta Building development site (STC). It is worth mentioning that the recent awards have all been repeat work from existing Clients or Ex- clients at new employers wishing to re-engage our services. My thanks go to all of you for maintaining the Company's core values which keeps our Clients coming back for more. The Group’s training business, CISTC, is now fully up and running and we look forward to the benefits this will bring to the Group.
